As a young journalist Sahale draws her passion from being outdoors. Gifted with a childhood exploring the Sierra Nevadas and Cascades, Sahale encourages everyone to get outside. Recently, she has discovered the surf to her turf and frequents the Santa Cruz lineups. Her extroversion drives her to talk to strangers, collecting stories from the trails and barrels. After working in several university and local newsrooms Sahale joins The Outdoor Journal as a Holistic Content Journalist and Sales Team Member.
