Silvia Vidal discovered climbing when she was 24 years old. The Spanish climber soon became known for big wall climbs and solo ascents. She has climbed in many of the world's remote regions, including the Miyar and Kinnaur Valley in the Indian Himalaya, Nagma valley in the Karakorum (Pakistan), Asturias (Spain), Mount Asgard in Baffin Island (Canada), and the SerranĂa Avalancha in Chilean Patagonia.
