Jack Billings escaped the flat lands of the midwest and has lived in Oregon since 1972. He has been boating white water for over 40 years. His out of country raft trips have been the Tatshenshini, (Yukon Territory/British Columbia); Rio Maranon (Peru) and the Usumacinta River (Mexico/Guatemala). He has run the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon nine times. He retired from the legal and judicial professions in 2011.
