Himraj Soin, Associate Editor, is an adventure travel journalist who helped launch The Outdoor Journal as the first employee. An avid skier and climber who studied at Colorado College, he is also a National Geographic Student Expedition leader. His expeditions have taken him to Tibet, Mongolia, Bhutan, Borneo, Madagascar, Peru, Morocco, Namibia, Argentina, Chile, and Antarctica, amongst others. His works have been published in Vogue, Vice, and Runner’s World, apart from The Outdoor Journal. At TOJ, he writes, shoots and covers international travel destinations, extreme adventure sports, athletes, gear, maps, and more.
